Release date: Thursday 14th June 2018

Hartley Wintney FC are delighted to announce the re-signing of talented forward Ross Cook.

After spending a season at Thatcham Town, where Ross played a part in their FA Vase winning side at Wembley, Cook returns to Hartley where he scored an impressive number of goals in the two seasons he previously spent with the club.

First Team co-Manager, Anthony Millerick, is delighted at the prospect of having Ross back in Hartley colours as the Hampshire side prepare for the biggest season in their long history.
"Ross bleeds orange and loves this club," Millerick said. "His talent has never, ever been in question, and if we get the best out of him like we've done previously, then there aren’t many better than Ross."

Cook, who played an integral role in Hartley’s Combined Counties title triumph of 2015, is also very excited about returning, saying he was "buzzing to be home".

Ross will form part of an impressive attacking trio which also includes Jake Baxter and Nic Ciardini.
