An Excellent Licensed Event Venue in Hartley Wintney

The Clubhouse at Hartley Wintney FC is well equipped, welcoming and available for hire for events of all kinds at a very sensible cost. You don't need to be a member of the football club to hire our Clubhouse for any type of event. However big, small, happy or sad the occasion, the layout of the room can always be tailored to suit your needs.

We even cater for 18 year old birthday parties and similar events, so you don't have all the friends trampling on your carpet (with parental support on the night, of course - you don't get out of it all!)

The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a griddle. The bar is well stocked with alcoholic and soft drinks. Special orders for particular wines, beers, lagers and ciders can usually be accommodated.

There is a small-to-medium size raised stage, a wood dance floor, carpeted throughout and with plenty of tables and chairs.

It's also an ideal venue for Corporate events including sales presentations, client events and Christmas parties. Entertainers can be arranged, given sufficient notice. A multi-activity space provides an ideal setting for meetings, small conferences, presentations, or as a base to run a course. We have a range of audio visual, internet Wi-Fi and overhead projection equipment.

FROM THE A30
On entering Hartley Wintney via the A30, take the turn at the mini roundabout signposted A323 Fleet. Take the 1st right turn, Green Lane, which has St John's Church on the corner. Continue down Green Lane for about 800 metres and turn right into the car park at the second entry slip road (the parking area operates a one-way system and the first slip road you'll pass is the exit). This car park has a shared access with Greenfields School.

Turn left at St John's Church if coming down the A323 from Fleet.
