Hartley Wintney FC is delighted to announce the signing of central defender CJ Fearn on a dual registration from Vanarama National League South neighbours Farnborough.

CJ, 27, has spent his entire career at Cherrywood Road, coming up through the youth ranks before making his first team debut in the 2013/14 season.

He would later captain the side that won promotion to the Southern League Premier in 2016/17 and he went on to play more than 150 games at Step 3.

CJ enjoyed further success in 2021/22 with promotion via the play-offs, and again last season, when Boro’ had a successful run in the Emirates FA Cup before achieving a top-half finish in Vanarama National League South.

A talented defender and leader who has had plenty of success in the leagues above, signing CJ is a massive coup for the club and we look forward to seeing the positive impact he will have on the team in the coming weeks.
